Position Administrative Assistant/Utility Player (NEW)
Location Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday thru Friday/ 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Wage $13 to $15 per hour + Monthly Bonus (averages $500/month)
Job Description Cross-training in multiple departments, which will include:
  • Answering and directing multiple phone lines, handling inquiries and taking messages
  • Preparing outgoing mail of documents
  • Preparation of corporate binders, including packaging and mailing
  • Receiving, sorting and delivery of government documents
  • Reviewing documents for pertinent information
  • Data entry, forms preparation, scanning and distribution of documents
  • Researching companies in internal databases, as well as through government websites
  • Interact with various state and government agencies, as well as vendors and clients.
  • Scheduling appointments for executive(s) via email and phone
  • Performing general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum two years administrative assistant experience required
  • Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy required
  • Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good computer skills, including typing, scanning, email and internet research
  • Mac knowledge a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to remain calm and upbeat under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical duties
  • Willing to learn multiple job skills

Position Business Development
Location Anywhere
Requirements If you currently have a source of income for living expenses -- such as a severance package from another employer or income from a spouse -- and you have business development experience with proven ability to close orders, you will be the best candidate for this entrepreneurial position. You must have the ability to independently charge forward with focus to close orders. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be organized. You must be genuine and have charisma.
Job Duties Develop new business relationships, close orders, and get payment for change of registered agent work, independent director/manager work and transactional work from law firms and corporate legal departments. Actively network by phone and email to expand existing client base. Until you get established, travel should be limited to driving within your local area. We measure results. You decide the strategies to achieve results.
