Position Accounts Receivable/Billing Administrator (NEW)
Location Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday thru Friday/ 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Wage $45 - 50k including Monthly Bonus
Job Description This position will be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, billing and collections including:
  • Administers and improves accounts receivable processes.
  • Monitors and reports on the amounts due to the organization.
  • Reviewing client accounts and monitoring sales and payment trends.
  • Applying check, credit card and wire payments daily.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly invoices.
  • Receiving all invoice inquiries and researching disputed charges.
  • Reviewing status of delinquent accounts and initiating appropriate action by contacting each account.
  • Notifying sales team of delinquent accounts.
  • Preparing correspondence on delinquent accounts requiring special handling.
  • Initiating appropriate follow-up action on invoices returned as undeliverable.
  • Preparing reports for management.
Qualifications Preferred candidate must have a background in accounts receivable or collections, as well as strong negotiation skills and an aptitude for managing and sustaining client relationships.
  • Associate's Degree in business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Three years experience in accounts receivable and/or collections.
  • Excellent negotiating skills with good customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong verbal communication, problem solving, writing, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excel knowledge required.
  • Mac knowledge a plus.
  • Able to handle high-volume invoice calls and work in a fast-paced environment.

Position Business Development
Location Anywhere
Requirements If you currently have a source of income for living expenses -- such as a severance package from another employer or income from a spouse -- and you have business development experience with proven ability to close orders, you will be the best candidate for this entrepreneurial position. You must have the ability to independently charge forward with focus to close orders. You must have strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be organized. You must be genuine and have charisma.
Job Duties Develop new business relationships, close orders, and get payment for change of registered agent work, independent director/manager work and transactional work from law firms and corporate legal departments. Actively network by phone and email to expand existing client base. Until you get established, travel should be limited to driving within your local area. We measure results. You decide the strategies to achieve results.
