Frank Rodriguez is Founder, Chairman and Chief Legal Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. and serves on the Audit, Compensation and Governance committees. Founded in 1993, Corporate Creations has over 6,000 clients and is the third largest provider of registered agent and compliance services nationwide for Fortune 1000 companies. The revenue of Corporate Creations qualifies the company for inclusion in the Hispanic Business 500. Prior to founding Corporate Creations, he worked as a corporate attorney at the predecessor to Squire Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is a contributing author and editor of the first edition of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations published by Prentice Hall Law & Business. He serves on the board of directors of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Cuba Study Group, and he serves on the national corporate advisory board of ALPFA, the nation's largest association of Latino business leaders. He is a member of YPO, a prestigious global business network of successful top executives of prominent companies. He received his J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and he is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where he received his B.A. degree in Economics. LUIS A. URIARTE
Luis Uriarte is President and Chief Strategy Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 1995, he worked as an attorney at the predecessor to Houck Anderson P.A. in Miami, Florida. He received his J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Southern California Law School, and he received his B.A. degree from Georgetown University. He also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he completed an executive business training program. Luis is married with three children and resides with his family in Wilton, Connecticut.
PABLO SCHNEIDER
Pablo Schneider is President of Corporate Creations International Inc. He also serves as Chairman of the Board Diversity Institute, Contributing Editor to Latino Leaders Magazine where he is the Special Editor of the annual Board Edition, and member of the Thunderbird Global Council. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 2011, he was President and CEO of Career Educational Services, a job training company where he led growth from zero to a dozen programs in multiple markets in Texas and Florida. He has served as President and a Director of ACTI, a joint venture of BlueCross BlueShield in several states, as Founder and Director of BlueCross BlueShield de Mexico, as Executive Vice President of Fusion Mobile, as Founder of Delta Dental de Mexico, and as Vice President Latin Affairs of Delta Dental Plans with over 22 million enrolled members in 16 states. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and was a founding board member of the NACD North Texas Chapter. He is a Lifetime Member of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, a member of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility, an alumnus of The Texas Lyceum, and an alumnus of LEAD San Diego. He earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees with honors in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University. He also attended Harvard University and Thunderbird School of Global Management where he completed executive business training programs in improving board performance and global e-commerce. Pablo is married with five children and resides with his family in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
JIM "JP" PERKINS
JP Perkins is Executive Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. He joined Corporate Creations in 2007. Prior to that, he held various sales and management positions with Fortune 1000 companies and a private law firm. Jim has significant experience working with Fortune 1000 companies as his clients. He was proud to develop the "Silent Auction Consignment Program" which has served as a successful fundraising vehicle for many worthy charities such as Special Olympics. Jim and his family reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.
STEVEN D. BUCHTA
Steve Buchta is Executive Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. He started his career with Corporate Creations in 2008 as Marketing Coordinator of our regional office in Chicago. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Management, Marketing and Sales. He resides in Palm Beach County, Florida.
BRIAN R. FONS
Brian Fons is President and Regional Counsel of Corporate Creations Chicago L.L.C., a Corporate Creations regional office opened in 1997 in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. Prior to starting a Corporate Creations regional office, he worked as a Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. in Miami, Florida. He received his J.D. degree in 1996 from the University of Miami Law School, and he received his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin. Brian resides in Chicago, Illinois.
JAMES "JIM" PATTON
Jim Patton is Deputy General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. He joined Corporate Creations in 2011. Prior to that, he was National Director of Robert Half Legal, a division of the Fortune 1000 company Robert Half International. He has over 20 years of experience as corporate counsel including serving as General Counsel of two private companies. He has a national reputation for sharing leading practices that result in substantial savings for legal departments without sacrificing quality and efficiency. He is a frequent writer and speaker for major legal conferences and publications. He is a mentor for Minority Corporate Counsel Association and serves on the Advisory Council for National Association of Women and Minority Owned Law Firms. He served two terms on the world board of directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel with a membership of 25,000 corporate counsel in 80 countries. He was President of ACC South Florida Chapter and founder of ACC's National Community Service pro bono day. He also served on the distinguished board of directors for Appleseed in DC. He received his J.D. degree from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and his LL.M. degree in international law from the University of Miami. He has completed graduate level courses in administration and international negotiations at Boston University and Harvard Business School. Jim and his family reside in Colorado.
KELLYN A. HALL
Kellyn Hall is Assistant General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to that, she was on the Corporate Creations Board of Advisors, and she worked as an attorney at Gunster Yoakley & Stewart P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida. She received her J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and she is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where she received her B.A. degree in English. Kellyn and her family reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.
