FRANK A. RODRIGUEZ

Frank Rodriguez is Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc., a leading company in the registered agent services industry. Prior to founding Corporate Creations in 1993, he worked as a corporate attorney at the predecessor to Squire, Sanders & Dempsey L.L.P. in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is a contributing author and editor of the first edition of Florida Law of Corporations and Business Organizations (published by Prentice Hall Law & Business). He obtained his J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and he is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where he obtained his B.A. degree in Economics. He is married to his college sweetheart. They have two children. Frank and his family reside in Jupiter, Florida.

LUIS A. URIARTE

Luis Uriarte is President and Chief Strategy Officer of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to joining Corporate Creations in 1995, he worked as an attorney at the predecessor to Houck Anderson P.A. in Miami, Florida. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Southern California Law School, and he obtained his B.A. degree from Georgetown University. He also attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College where he completed an executive business training program. Luis is married with two children and resides with his family in Wilton, Connecticut.

JIM "JP" PERKINS

JP Perkins is Senior Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. He joined Corporate Creations in 2007. Prior to that, he held various sales and management positions with Fortune 1000 companies and a private law firm. Jim has significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies as his clients. He was proud to develop the "Silent Auction Consignment Program" which has served as a successful fundraising vehicle for many worthy charities such as Special Olympics. Jim and his family reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.

BRIAN R. FONS

Brian Fons is President and Regional Counsel of Corporate Creations Chicago L.L.C., the first Corporate Creations regional office, which opened in 1997 in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago. Prior to starting a Corporate Creations regional office, he worked as a Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. in Miami, Florida. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1996 from the University of Miami Law School, and he obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin. Brian resides in Chicago, Illinois.

STEPHEN T. SAMUEL

Steve Samuel is President and Regional Counsel of Corporate Creations Texas LLC, a Corporate Creations regional office based in Austin since 2003. Prior to starting a Corporate Creations regional office, he worked as a Vice President of Corporate Creations International Inc. in Miami, Florida. He obtained his J.D. degree in 1999 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and he obtained his B.A. degree from the University of Florida. Steve resides in Austin, Texas.

KELLYN A. HALL

Kellyn Hall is Assistant General Counsel of Corporate Creations International Inc. Prior to that, she was on the Corporate Creations Board of Advisors, and she worked as an attorney at Gunster Yoakley & Stewart P.A. in West Palm Beach, Florida. She obtained her J.D. degree in 1989 from Harvard Law School, and she is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Miami where she obtained her B.A. degree in English. Kellyn and her family reside in Palm Beach County, Florida.

ALFRED GARCIA

Alfred Garcia is an advisor to Corporate Creations International Inc. He is a private investor. He was Vice President of Technology Business Development at America Online. Prior to that, he practiced transactional law as a partner of Jeffer, Mangels, Butler and Marmaro LLP in Los Angeles, California. He obtained his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review, and he obtained his B.S. degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Florida. He is married to Claudia Garcia. They have three children. Alfred and his family reside in Virginia.

DEAN C. LOVETT

Dean Lovett is an advisor to Corporate Creations International Inc. He is a private investor and community leader. He was the majority owner and operator of Cellular One of Berrien County, Michigan, from its inception in 1989 until its sale in 1996. Cellular One of Berrien County was listed in the 1995 Private 100 ranking of Michigan's fastest growing privately held companies. He obtained his MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and he is a certified public accountant in Maryland. He is married to Pamela Jean Lovett, and they have six children. Dean and his family reside in North Carolina.
